Pramukh Academy is an Indian coaching institute that regularly hosts seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and entrance test events. The academy needed a structured events management system integrated into their existing Avada WordPress site to replace ad-hoc WhatsApp and social media event announcements.
The project required building a custom events module within the Avada/Fusion Builder environment — with event listing pages, registration management, category filtering, and an admin interface manageable by non-technical staff.

The events system had to integrate seamlessly into the existing Avada/Fusion Builder WordPress site — matching design, navigation, and technical setup without disruption.
Building events within Avada required creating custom Fusion Builder elements for listing grids and detail templates — editable through the familiar visual interface.
Limited capacity events needed seat count management and waitlisting, so we built a registration system with capacity tracking and automated email confirmation.
Academy staff needed to manage events without developer help, so we built a clear custom post type interface with all required fields and categories.
The site ran on a local NAS with NAT loopback issues causing intermittent admin failures — we diagnosed the NAT configuration causing internal vs external access inconsistencies.
Multiple event types needed clear organisation, so we built category filtering and date-based archiving for students to find relevant upcoming events quickly.
